W.L. Dueck & Co.’s practice is limited to US and cross-border tax matters working principally with Canadian business and investment in the US and US citizens resident in Canada.

W.L. Dueck & Co. was founded by Warren Dueck in 1998 after eight years with Ernst & Young as their US tax partner in Vancouver and prior to that with KPMG in Seattle and Vancouver.  He was joined by Steve Flynn, an Ernst & Young alumnus shortly thereafter. 

Their focus on US and cross-border tax matters has allowed development of  innovative strategies and experience that attracts clients from across Canada and the US.  The firm works with their clients and tax and accounting professionals to develop innovative tax solutions and assist individual and business clients with their tax compliance requirements in Canada and the US.

Brent is a senior manager with W.L.Dueck & Co.  Prior to joining W.L. Dueck & Co., Brent worked for 2 years at Deloitte & Touche in Vancouver as a manager of US Corporate Tax. Read more.
